Date bug in oriental languages

While messing with language settings I've noticed that in some the recent messages are saved with a wrong date which is two months before the date the message actually shown up. Here is an example in Japanese, it also happens in Korean, however it doesn't happen in Chinese (both simplified and unsimplified - as I call traditional). The message shows up (it's 2 March, year 1)...

And here it its archived. Notice the date - SEPTEMBER!

For reference the month is represented by the number followed by "月", oriental languages don't have names for months.
