Both options will work :) What bothers me more is the color of the rollercoaster.. I think it looks a lot better if you make it just a little bit brighter like this:

Finally got around to build the purple coaster I had originally planned. Now introducing Project 41, a Hyper-Twister coaster which has broken my personal excitement record by 0.10. At 8.79 it has the second highest excitement rating of the park, just behind Wuis' Ecarrot Torrace at 8.80 (xbalogan's Symphony of the Night is even higher at 9.68, but it is SBNO). Also thrown nearby by the river is a haunted house. I've also built a new station on the monorail, using colorable pieces for the building.

Looking good Leudimin! If you are really looking forward to touching that 10.00 excitement, you should look at some previous group parks. I can especially recommend Group Park 2, I remember that having loads of coasters and I'm pretty sure there were some that went over 9.00 excitement. Besides that, just don't be scared of hitting limits for the maximum g-force, if you hit it your coaster will obviously get horrendous stats, but:

  1. Maybe you can adjust the coaster so it's within g-force limits, then you might already have that excitement rating goal. 
  2. You learned what the max is you can do with your coaster, which you can use for future coasters.

Try to just use that smaller turn and instead of having that hill to the maximum height the coaster will pass, use some mad element. 

PS. There's a SBNO wing coaster called Symphony of the Night that has the highest excitement rating. :P

If you really want to boost your excitement, read this guide.

Here's a very short one that has 10 excitement. It takes only 14 seconds to complete.

 

PS: I'm sure you can do a better job at the station building of the monorail. The station has some clipping issues and the bricks make it look really bland. Maybe try using some different materials? I think wooden walls would look good in this area.

Yup, I noticed that. Anyway I grant permission to anyone to rebuild that, since I cannot think anything better.

And thanks for the guide! I decided to add a storage track besides the station, so Project 41 now has a excitement rating of 8.91, better than Ecarrot Torrace and thus making it the best coaster in the park (since Symphony of the Night isn't open yet). Here's the new save:

Also, that is not a storage track, it's just a lazy piece of parallel track that is by no means accessible to put extra cars :P But congratulations with your excitement rating i guess.

Once again, screenshot failed :( I swear there's something wrong with my RCT (still having issues with scenery). Anyways, I did work on the farm. Opened up all the rides/stalls there, took down my awful scenery attempt, changed a path in the farm area, added some trees. 

Please, if anyone can sort the farm cafe bit out and maybe add an enclosure over it so people can eat there when it rains, that be much appreciated, thanks.

Also, the path to the tractors, I couldn't get rid of all of the green patches and I added a temp entrance path that looks terrible, not sure if anyone would like to work on this, but by all means, have a go if you'd like. 

And all the peeps seem to just be walking to the cafe then back out the farm? LOL

I'm done with the farm personally, so anyone can work on it now if they wish to make it look ummm...good? haha. 

Anyways, the save is attached. Cheers.

I'm quickly claiming for a few minutes to fix the problem on the farm. Looks like there are paths under the shops, leading to problems with pathfinding.

Well said.  Haha.

So what the heck is going on there? The pathfinding usually handles multiple tiles at the same location (zero clearance) fairly well. If I remember correctly though, there is an "optimisation" that culls edges from an intersection that are thin paths and also dead ends, which is what it thinks the paths under the shops are here.  This make these shops effectively unreachable to the pathfinding, despite being otherwise properly connected to the path. This is something I never thought of and will have to fix at some point when I get some time again.

In the meantime, avoid placing shops/entrances/exits on top of paths with zero clearance turned on.

Ok, i'm all done, took a more relaxed approach today. 

So the main thing is that I added a small maze, which I just noticed while writing this that I don't have a name for it, but go ahead if you have an idea. Thought it would be unique to make the maze sort of diagonal instead of one square area. Thought a maze would be a nice little addition to the park. Then I added a nice little waterfront garden, with some nice trees and flower beds. I also added a ton of security staff so that vandalism is less.
